If your booking is a super saver, non-flexible or non-refundable option then it will not be possible to cancel the booking but for all other types it should be possible to amend or cancel your booking. Simply from the top of the home page enter your booking ref and email and then you will have options to cancel or amend booking. Please note that cancellation or amendment is is possible before 24 hours.
