Efficient service. My only problem was that when i went back to my car, the hand brake had been put on so tightly that I had to seek help. This was provided promptly, but the man who released it for me implied by words and look that I was an incapable older woman driver, which I did not appreciate.

Easy access to the parking facility. Bus journey to the airport was simple both going out and then coming back. Didn't need to wait too long on either end. Collection was quick. Definitely use the service again.

Service was spot-on and we can’t fault them. However, I think the bus service should be every 15 minutes and not every 30 minutes because if you miss the bus, it can be a long wait. Staff are very friendly and very efficient.

I got a very reasonably priced holiday insurance policy and needed to update the return date for a flight landing after midnight. There was an easy online chat through the Holiday Extras app with a very helpful agent, who answered my questions and arranged a call back to amend my Holiday Extras insurance policy. Parking our car at Gatwick during our recent holiday couldn't have been easier with this company. Directions to the drop-off car park were simple to follow, we were able to leave our keys immediately and within five minutes we were in the terminal. When we returned a week later, our car was in the car park awaiting us and we were on the way home within ten minutes of leaving the terminal. I would recommend this firm to anyone and will certainly use them again.

Best airport car parking experience I’ve ever had as a frequent business traveller. 5* communication, simple, seamless to drop off and collect luggage exactly what you want and more and perfect to departure terminal (literally outside unlike most!) would only book valet parking in the future great job from all your teams. Added bonus also is your car is left within the terminal grounds so rest assured when you return no doubt in your mind like some previous experiences I have had.

As usual, an effortless experience with Holiday Extras/Purple Parking, and thanks to Max at collection…as I was 12 hours late (thanks BA) and it simply was not a problem. T5 to T5. Yes the new car park and slightly longer walk in isn’t quite as easy…but my 3rd time now and easily remembered. 7 miles on the clock. That will do! (Accordingly snd in haste, used a fake meet and greet, car trashed, full tank emptied) so I’ve already booked for my next trip. Thanks again xx.

Checking in was quick and without fuss, the bus went after a few minutes. Returning, we were lucky enough to find a bus already at the Terminal 3 bus stop and were able to get on straight away, quite a long drive back via Terminal 5. But it was quick to pick up the keys and go to the car and off we went. Easy.

Easy to book. Reasonable price. Liked parking my own car and taking keys with me. Parking was within easy walking distance to terminal although bus was available. Lost my parking ticket somewhere on journey home but this was easily sorted at exit barrier.
